Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and verynice2.com will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please email customer services. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Refund & Returns.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Tableware

Due to the manufacturing process of tableware items there can be a tolerance of up to 5% from the sizes advertised in the description, this is rare but can differ between batches. 

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices displayed on this site are in GBP Sterling.
Full payment must be paid in advance of any item being shipped.

Your VN2 reward points can be redeemed at the basket stage of an order for the following discounts,

£1 spent = 10 VN2 reward points

0-2500 points = 0% Discount
2501-5000 points = 2.5% Discount
5001-10000 points = 5% Discount
10001-20000 points = 10% Discount
20001+ = 20% Discount

or choose to save your points for a greater discount on a future order.

The more you spend the greater the discount.

If you redeem your points they will be redeemed in full, you cannot part redeem VN2 points. If you return goods and receive a refund, the points earned on the refunded item will be deducted from your points total. VN2 points rewarded do not have any cash redemption value. VeryNice2.com Ltd reserve the right to cancel the points rewards system or change the rewards discount and structure at any time. All discounts rewarded will be applied to the item value only and not the shipping costs. You cannot redeem your reward discount in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Your VN2 points discount will apply to the first £1000 only of the order you are redeeming your points on.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Alcoholic Merchandise

We may sell products containing intoxicating liquor. For clarity, a drink containing alcohol is classified as intoxicating, if it contains more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume (0.5% abv).

The Purchasing of Knives

Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to buy any knives from the VeryNice2.com website, by accepting our Terms and Conditions in the checkout process you are accepting that you are over 18 years of age.

Global Knives are sold with a UK one year manufacturers warranty. Full care and handling advice for Global Knives can be found at the official Yoshikin Global website which will advise you exactly how to care for your knives and keep them in pristine condition. We recommend you read through this before using your Global Knives. In the unlikely event that you feel there is a manufacturers problem with your purchase and you have taken all reasonable care as is documented on the Yoshikin Global website, then please return what you feel is faulty to us and we will send the item to the manufacturer for inspection.

Dishwasher Safe?

We use information supplied by each manufacturer in our product descriptions to indicate if a product is suitable for use in a dishwasher. Even if a product is shown as being dishwasher safe and has a lifetime guarantee, it is important to note the following:-

Stainless steel products should not be left in the hot, damp, atmosphere of the dishwasher for prolonged periods i.e. overnight. We always recommend that they are dried carefully at the end of the cycle before being stored. Failure to do this can result in blemishes appearing on the product, this will not be covered by the manufacturers warranty.

We recommend using the Stellar Stainless Steel cleaner if any blemishes appear after a period of time. This fluid will remove most blemishes from the stainless steel product.

We may choose to advertise that we will price match on certain products, if we do we will only price match what we consider to be reputable companies and suitable proof must be shown before we match any price, the validity of the reputable companies and proof will be accepted at our discretion only and we reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

Free Gifts

We may advertise free gift offers when purchasing certain items, these free gifts are only available while stocks last, if stocks do run out we reserve the right to offer an alternative free gift as a replacement which may not be to the value originally advertised.
