Delivery Cost?
Our delivery charges are based on weight and size and can be from as little as £1.95 inclusive of VAT, delivered to the UK mainland.
Furniture or very heavy items may incur a seperate delivery charge of up to £35 to the UK mainland. This will be illustrated either in the items description or at the shopping basket stage.
The Free Delivery offer is for orders of over £150 in total and is for UK mainland deliveries only. The Furniture Free Delivery offer applies to the UK mainland only.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box or BFPO addresses, if a parcel is returned to us because a PO Box address has been entered the full return costs and redelivery will be charged.
Overseas Customers?
The shipping costs are worked out automatically depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel that is to be shipped, please select your delivery country at the basket stage and the shipping costs will be applied accordingly.
VAT is charged at 15% for all sales to EU countries. UK VAT is removed for all sales to Non EU countries as you may be charged VAT at your local rate upon delivery, this will be shown when your country is selected within your shopping basket.
We reserve the right to amend shipping costs once an order is placed if they are deemed by us to be incorrect by error of our system.
Delivery?
We aim to dispatch goods within 3-21 working days on receipt of your order. However during busy periods and public holidays deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 21 working days please contact our customer service team through our contact form on the website.
Please note that our phone lines get very busy during busy periods so we would advise to send an email through our site and our customer services team will respond as quickly as possible.
Please note Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
Exceptions: UK Bank Holidays please allow an extra working day.
We have in stock over 5000 items at any given time in a warehouse over 10000 sq ft. However there may be periods when items sell out and there is a period when we are waiting on deliveries of new stock. You can still purchase the items and they will get reserved for your order and dispatched as soon as they come back in to stock. You can check out exact stock availability via our contact form on the website.
We will ship your order to you only when it is complete, we will not part ship and order.
We take all payments immeditaley as we dont store any card details on our system for added security reasons.
Who is our courier?
For orders to be delivered within the UK mainland which have a total weight of over 2 kg, the courier used will be DPD, you should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by DPD with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers. If the total parcel weight is under 2kg we will use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service to deliver your goods, again someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for this. If noone is in at the time of delivery a card will be left and you will be required to collect the parcel from your local post office described on the card left. If a parcel is returned to us because of non delivery due to no-one home and non collection from the depot, we do get charged for the return, therefore an admin charge of £12 will be made to receive the parcel in to our warehouse. In this instance you will also be required to pay the delivery charge of £4.95 again for us to redispatch.
Tracking your parcel?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have an Interlink Express or Royal Mail Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the Interlink Express or Royal Mail Website and enter your tracking number in the tracking box.
If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to email us and we will provide you with a tracking number if the parcel has been shipped.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give Parcelforce your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by Interlink Express or used by any other third party.
