Delivery Cost?
Our delivery charges are based on weight and size and can be from as little as £1.95 inclusive of VAT, delivered to the UK mainland.
Furniture or very heavy items may incur a separate delivery charge of up to £35 to the UK mainland. This will be illustrated either in the items description or at the shopping basket stage.
The Free Delivery offer is for orders of over £150 in total and is for UK mainland deliveries only. The Furniture Free Delivery offer applies to the UK mainland only.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box or BFPO addresses, if a parcel is returned to us because a PO Box address has been entered the full return costs and redelivery will be charged.
Overseas Customers?
The shipping costs are worked out automatically depending on the volumetric weight of the parcel that is to be shipped, please select your delivery country at the basket stage and the shipping costs will be applied accordingly.
VAT is charged at 15% for all sales to EU countries. UK VAT is removed for all sales to Non EU countries as you may be charged VAT at your local rate upon delivery, this will be shown when your country is selected within your shopping basket.
We reserve the right to amend shipping costs once an order is placed if they are deemed by us to be incorrect by error of our system.
Delivery?
We dispatch in-stock goods within 3-5 working days however we are consistently delivering within 24 hours. However during busy periods and public holidays deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact our customer service team through our contact form on the website.
UK next working day delivery will only be guaranteed if an order is placed before 3pm.
We at verynice2.com feel as an online company the most efficient way to service our customers is via email. This enables us to speed the service up and become more efficient. We will endeavour to answer all emails within 48hrs.

Who is our courier?
For orders to be delivered within the UK mainland which have a total weight of over 2 kilos, the courier used will be UPS or City link, When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the courier service used. Please arrange for someone at your address to be in to sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by UPS or City link with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers and it is also possible to do this online. City link will attempt to deliver the parcel twice and hold for three days, if you do not arrange for redelivery in this period then it will be returned to us and the fee of £10.50 will be charged. We will need to take payment before resending your order. UPS will attempt delivery three times and if you are not able to receive on these attempts the parcel will be returned to us and a fee of £10.50 will be charged. We will need to take payment before resending your order. All International Shipments will be subject to the same charges plus a £1.00 handling
If the total parcel weight is under 2 kilos we will use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery service.
Tracking your parcel?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have a City Link or UPS Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by following the instructions on you despatch e-mail.
If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to email us and we will provide you with a tracking number if the parcel has been shipped.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give the Couriers your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by UPS or City link and will not be used by any other third party.
